- 6 cups spring lettuce mix
- 2 medium pears cored and sliced thin
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shaved or shredded
- 1/2 cup walnuts lightly toasted

Wild Rice
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 1 tables، ،er
- 1 cup wild rice rinsed and drained
